Really? Another Eagle Egg? Groundbreaking.
Seriously? A second eagle egg? Someone alert the national news! Were on the precipice of a monumental ornithological breakthrough, folks! Apparently, bald eagles, those majestic symbols of freedom and… nesting… are capable of laying more than one egg. Who knew?! I’m absolutely floored.
For weeks now, weve all been glued to this camera feed, breathlessly awaiting the inevitable: an eagle laying eggs. Because, you know, that was surprising. Its not like birds have been reproducing for millennia or anything. This news is practically rewriting the textbooks! I bet Darwin himself is spinning in his grave, frantically scribbling notes about this astonishing development.
And Big Bear Lake? Of all places. Like we needed another reason to visit that crowded tourist trap. Now everyone’s going to flock there (pun intended, I suppose) hoping for a glimpse of…an eagle sitting on an egg! Thrilling. Truly.
I mean, congratulations to the eagles, I guess. They seem happy enough. But frankly, my excitement level is hovering somewhere around lukewarm pond water. Can we please move on now? Theres actual important stuff happening in the world that doesn’t involve feathered creatures incubating avian offspring.
