The Universe Rewards Truck Drivers, Apparently
Seriously? A Texas trucker? Visiting friends in Maryland? Winning two million dollars on a scratch-off? Is this some sort of elaborate joke? Because if it’s not, Im genuinely questioning everything I thought I knew about fairness and the cosmos.
I mean, lets break this down. We have a man whose profession inherently involves long hours, questionable food choices, and navigating congested highways. A man who likely contributes significantly to traffic delays that infuriate everyone else. And he gets rewarded with a life-altering sum of money? While the rest of us diligently pay our taxes, recycle religiously, and generally try to be decent human beings?
Its just…perfectly symbolic of everything wrong with modern existence. Hard work doesn’t guarantee anything. Kindness doesnt buy you success. Apparently, all it takes is a spontaneous trip across state lines and the impulsive purchase of a piece of cardboard with some questionable graphics.
I bet hell buy himself a bigger rig now. Probably with custom chrome detailing. And we’re supposed to be happy for him? I sincerely hope his new truck has exceptionally loud mufflers, just as a small, petty form of karmic retribution. Because frankly, this entire story is an insult.
