Seriously? A Deer and Some Rocks? Really?
Right, let’s talk about this deer. This deer. Apparently, it managed to become a viral sensation because it was…on rocks. On the Maine shore. For hours. You know, like deer do. They wander. They graze. Occasionally, they end up on rocks. Its not exactly breaking news.
The internet, of course, lost its collective mind. Poor thing! they cried. “Someone must save it!” As if a wild animal requires rescue because it temporarily misplaced itself in its natural habitat. I’m sure the deer was just thrilled to be filmed and photographed like some sort of woodland spectacle.
And the heroes? The people who rushed to help? Probably interrupted the deers perfectly adequate rock-sitting experience, adding unnecessary stress and potential trauma to an already mildly inconvenient situation. Let nature be natural, people! Deer are not fragile porcelain dolls requiring constant supervision. They’re deer! They probably figured it out eventually. I bet they did.
Honestly, at this point, Im less concerned about the deer and more concerned that we have so much free time to obsess over a creature briefly inconvenienced by geology. Get a hobby. Learn a skill. Do something productive instead of documenting a deer’s mildly awkward moment.
